DESCRIPTION:As of July 1\, 2020\, All Virginia registered voters may now vote early before Election Day without providing an excuse. First day of in-person early voting at your local registrar’s office: Friday\, September 23\, 2022 \nIf you would like a ballot mailed to you\, you must complete an application. If you want to request that a ballot be sent to you automatically for all elections in the calendar year\, make sure to fill in section 3 of the new form. Persons with a valid Virginia DMV issued ID can apply online and paperlessly\, at www.elections.virginia.gov. You can also download the paper version of the form at www.elections.virginia.gov/media/castyourballot/SBE-701-703.1.pdf \nYour voted ballot must be postmarked by Tuesday\, November 3 or returned in-person to the registrar’s office no later than 7:00 p.m. in order to be counted. \nIn-Person & Curbside Early Voting will be held at the Registrar’s Office new location: 265 Turkeysag Trl\, Suite 115\, Palmyra\, VA 22963
