As of July 1, 2020, All Virginia registered voters may now vote early before Election Day without providing an excuse. First day of in-person early voting at your local registrar’s office: Friday, September 23, 2022

If you would like a ballot mailed to you, you must complete an application. If you want to request that a ballot be sent to you automatically for all elections in the calendar year, make sure to fill in section 3 of the new form. Persons with a valid Virginia DMV issued ID can apply online and paperlessly, at www.elections.virginia.gov. Your voted ballot must be postmarked by Tuesday, November 3 or returned in-person to the registrar’s office no later than 7:00 p.m. in order to be counted.
